MLI’s CE series, Community Collective: Harnessing the Power of the Community to Battle Obesity, is an educational curriculum developed in conjunction with local AAFP chapters to empower primary care clinicians to improve outcomes for patients with obesity through enhanced diagnosis and effective use of anti-obesity medications (AOMs).
Community Collective is designed to foster networking and collaborative consultation among local clinicians and obesity experts, building a support network to strengthen obesity management within your community. National and local experts in obesity management will address critical topics, including obesity-related risk factors and comorbidities, comprehensive diagnostic approaches, and the latest safety and efficacy data on recently approved and emerging AOMs. The series also highlights strategies for optimal AOM use, incorporating shared decision-making to tailor patient care.
